Steps to Make Santa Snacks
Lay out your pretzels to map out the design you’d like to try.
Melt the chocolate according to the directions on the package.
Now, let’s break off for each little snack…
For the large pretzel tree, spread melted chocolate on parchment paper and set pretzels on top of it according to your design.
Let it sit for awhile.
After an hour, I decided to place mine on a large dish and place it in the fridge. This made it very easy to remove the tree from the parchment paper.
I took it out and carefully turned it over onto the plate and took off the paper. Then I turned it back over.
When it came out, it looked like this:
Then I used sparkle gel icing to decorate the tree as shown here in green and red.

Then, spread more on the front of the present. You can use writing icing to “address” the gift.
Allow the chocolate to harden before moving it.

Spread chocolate on the front of the tree. Then sprinkle it with sprinkles. Use sparkle gel icing to dot little ornaments on it.
You can also make some simple snacks by dipping pretzels into the chocolate and either rolling them through the sprinkles or sprinkling them while they lay on the parchment paper.
I sure hope Santa enjoys these snacks as much as we did!
